20,00 Euro per day will be charged for every additional person.
15,00 Euro per day will be charged for additional child between 3-12 years.
- Children up to their third birthday are our guests and can stay free of charge.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, from the 29th to the 15th day before arrival date 20% of the total amount, from the 14th day bofore arrival date 70% of the total amount, 3 days before arrival the total amount.
- For hygienic reasons and to prevent allergic reactions, pets are not allowed.
- The additional local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person (14 years and up) and per day is to be paid on site.
- Arrival from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. (if you arrive before 2:00 p.m., we charge an additional daily rate), on the day of your departure, we request that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. (if you leave after 10:00 a.m. we charge an additional daily rate).
- The minimum stay is 5 nights.
Our service
- Bun service: You can place an order for fresh buns for breakfast (excepting Sundays and holidays).
- Beverages: We can offer you a variety of beverages, including beer, mineral water, etc. in reusable bottles.
- Gazebo: Our gazebo and barbecue area offer a nice change of pace.
- Parking lot: You can park your car on the roofed parking lot.
- Bicycles: Mountainbikes are available free of charge for short bicycle tours.
- You can store your own bike in our lockable basement.
